1. Introduction

Spot the Speckle offers a private-label opportunity for individuals and businesses interested in selling natural soaps under their own brand names. Through this programme, customers can purchase our existing handcrafted soaps without Spot the Speckle branding or retail labels, allowing them to package, label, and market the products under their own brands. Our private-label programme is designed to provide an affordable and straightforward way for entrepreneurs to enter the skincare market without having to manufacture their own soaps.

2. Available Products

The following soaps are available for private-label purchases:

• Turmeric Soap
• Coffee Soap
• Charcoal Soap

All products are manufactured using Spot the Speckle's existing soap formulations and standard manufacturing processes. We do not offer custom formulations, specialised ingredients, customised shapes, fragrances, colours, or other product modifications. Customers purchase the soaps as manufactured by Spot the Speckle.

3. Pricing and Minimum Order

Our private-label wholesale price is J$340 per bar. The minimum order quantity is 10 bars, representing a minimum purchase of J$3,400. Customers may purchase larger quantities based on their business needs and product availability. All prices are quoted in Jamaican dollars and exclude any applicable delivery charges. Spot the Speckle reserves the right to adjust pricing for future orders. Confirmed orders will be honoured at their agreed prices.

4. Branding and Packaging

All private-label soaps are supplied without Spot the Speckle retail labels or branding. Customers are solely responsible for arranging their own:

• Product labels and artwork.
• Business logos and brand identities.
• Retail packaging and presentation.
• Product descriptions and promotional materials.
• Label printing and application.
• Compliance with applicable retail packaging and labelling requirements.

Spot the Speckle does not provide branding, label design, label printing, packaging design, or customisation services. Customers are free to market the purchased soaps under their own brand names, provided they comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Responsibility for Customer Branding and Claims

Spot the Speckle is not responsible for the creation, design, wording, or application of labels and packaging independently developed by private-label customers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their labels, advertisements, and product claims are accurate, lawful, and appropriately substantiated. Spot the Speckle does not authorise customers to make false, misleading, unverified medical, or therapeutic claims about the soaps. Customers must not misrepresent product ingredients, manufacturing origin, or other material product information. Spot the Speckle will not accept contractual responsibility for problems caused solely by a customer's independently created branding, packaging, or marketing materials, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in this policy excludes Spot the Speckle's applicable legal responsibilities as the product manufacturer.

6. Product Formulations

All soaps supplied under the private-label programme are manufactured exclusively using Spot the Speckle's existing formulations. We do not manufacture soaps using formulas supplied by customers. We do not modify our formulas to accommodate individual branding requirements. All existing formulas, manufacturing processes, and proprietary production information remain the intellectual property of Spot the Speckle. Purchasing private-label soaps does not grant customers ownership of or rights to reproduce our formulations.

7. Product Quality

Spot the Speckle is responsible for manufacturing and supplying soaps that meet its established product specifications and applicable manufacturing and product safety requirements. As our soaps are handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, colour, and texture may occur between batches. Once products have been delivered, customers are responsible for appropriate storage, handling, and any additional packaging processes they undertake. Spot the Speckle is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by improper storage, mishandling, contamination, or unsuitable packaging after delivery. This provision does not limit customers' legal rights regarding manufacturing defects or non-compliant products.

8. Orders and Payment

All private-label orders must contain at least 10 bars. Orders are subject to product availability and payment arrangements confirmed at the time of purchase. Customers must provide their requested product types and quantities when placing an order. Orders will be processed following payment confirmation and agreement on fulfilment arrangements. 9. Delivery and Collection Customers may arrange collection or delivery, subject to availability and agreement. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Customers should inspect their orders upon receipt and notify Spot the Speckle promptly of any shortages, damage, or product concerns.

10. Returns and Refunds

Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds will be assessed based on the circumstances of the order and applicable Jamaican consumer protection laws. Products that have been relabelled, repackaged, altered, or improperly stored by customers may not qualify for discretionary returns. This does not affect statutory rights or remedies relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-compliant goods.

11. Independent Business Relationship

Private-label customers operate as independent businesses. Spot the Speckle does not guarantee resale success, customer demand, revenue, or profitability. Customers are responsible for establishing their own retail prices, distribution channels, and marketing strategies. Private-label purchases do not create an employment relationship, franchise, agency, or exclusive distribution agreement.

12. Acceptance of Policy

By placing a private-label order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• They are purchasing existing Spot the Speckle soaps without retail branding or labels.
• The minimum order is 10 bars at J$340 per bar.
• All branding, labelling, packaging, and marketing activities are their responsibility.
• No custom formulations or product customisation services are available.
• Spot the Speckle retains ownership of its existing formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Both parties remain responsible for their respective obligations under applicable laws.
